Mr. Leite;
In a phone conversation that you had with Bob Barnes, Office Manager, it was explained
to you that the above mentioned licenses (copies enclosed), issued to me last week, expire on
June 1, 1998. Mr. Barnes indicated that we will not be using these licenses until after June
1. Additionally, you stated that a memo should be directed to your attention confirming
that these licenses will not be applied until after June 1.
Accordingly, I respectfully request that the fees paid for these licenses be applied to the
period commencing June 1, 1998 and continue in force until June 1, 1999.
