At 6:00 p.m. Chairperson Greg Matoian ("Chair") opened the Town of Mans€ eld, M2 n
Board of Assessors ("BOA") meeting held in the MBC Room on the third floor of the rn
Town of Mansfield Town Hall.
2. A roll call revealed that the following people were in attendance:
1. Greg Matoian, Chair,
2. Andrew S. Bank, member
3. Daniel C. Brogie (non -voting, Chief Assessor), and
4. Note that Dana J. St. James, Clerk joined the meeting in progress at 6:10 pm.
3. The BOA reviewed and approved the minutes of the October 20, 2021 BOA meeting by
unanimous vote.
4. The BOA reviewed and approved the motor vehicle abatements.
The BOA reviewed and approved the Motor Vehicle 2021 Warrant, Commitment #4.
6. The BOA reviewed and approved the FY 2022 Real Estate Warrant.
7. The BOA reviewed and approved the FY 2022 Personal Property Warrant.
8. The following item not anticipated by the Chair 48 hours prior to this meeting was
discussed: The Board of Assessors reviewed and approved the FY 2022 Betterment and
Special Assessments Warrant.
9. The Clerk moved that the BOA go into Executive Session called under G.L.c 30A s21
(a)(7) to comply with G.L.c.59 Section 60 to review and consider for approval all new
exemptions (veteran, disability, blind, elderly, etc.) submitted that have yet to be
considered. The motion passed unanimously, and the meeting adjourned at 6:30 p.m.
