Select Board attended the Planning Board Meeting
Present: Mr. Neil Rhein, Chairman; Mr. Michael Trowbridge, Vice=Chiircr,, W.�rank DelVecchio, Clerk; Mr. Jess
Aptowitz and Mr. Steve Schoonveld attended virtually via GOTOUVebinr.,4r. M*IA lb6as, Town Manager,

Mr. Rhein, Chair called the meeting to order at 7:30PM with all five members of the Board present.
2. Discussion with BETA Group and Planning Board for Transit Oriented Development
The Select Board members attended the Planning Board meeting. Mr. Arek Galle and Mr. Bill McGrath were
present from BETA Group and presented information of the original work they had completed a few years ago
around redevelopment of the Transit Oriented Development (TOD) District and what work they are beginning
now that the Town has received the Housing Choice Community Grant. This grant allows planning and
visioning work and MasterPlan development in the TOD District.

There were no items.

1. Open Meeting
Mr. Trowbridge, Vice Chair called the meeting to order at 6:01PM.
2. Fiscal Year 2023 Budget Discussion of Fire Department and Town Manager Department
The Select Board members attended the Budget Subcommittee meeting and listened to the presentation of
the Fire Department budget by the Fire Chief followed by the budget of the Town Manager's Department with
Mr. Dumas. There were some questions by those in attendance, but no motions were made.
3. Any items not anticipated by the Chair 48 hours prior to this meeting
There were no items.
4. Adjourn
