Guest Chris McDermott, the town's economic development director was introduced.
Deborah gave an update on Discover Mansfield.
The TIFF for Walgreens was approved.
The chair suggested we perform a study of the foot traffic in the downtown area and from the train
station.
Discussion of how Mansfield can become a Platinum Level community for bio development.
We discussed having IDC members visit small businesses in town and have conversations about what
they like about the business environment and offer to be a resource.
