The town manager gave an update. f�;, �. SI F[_n
The town is close to hiring an economic development director.
We reviewed the TIF request. The town manager and Mr Burke made presentations about the TIF
request.
Ms Jones asked if the company benefiting from the TIF is obligated to stay beyond the 7 year TIF
financing arrangement.
The IDC voted to recommend the TIF proposal be accepted.
The IDC recessed briefly and reconvened with the Select Board and the TIF Committee.
The joint meeting was called to order at 6:32.
Steve Schoonveld, as chair of the TIF Committee, explained the TIF proposal.
The IDC meeting adjourned at 7:12.
