Non -Profit Gift Fund Committee Meeting Minutes
November 3, 2021
Members Present: Nancy Wall, Chair; Kevin McNatt, Vice -Chair; Lorilee Fish, Secretary; Mike Healey
1. Meeting opened at 4:35pm.
2. Discussion:
Select Board members Neil Rhein and Michael Trowbridge were present. We discussed our revised grant list. The Select
Board members were fine with every grant except the Congregational Church windows. Mike Healey discussed all the
community activities the church building is used for and the history of the church and the presents it adds to the history of
Mansfield.
Neil will be putting the grant list before the full Board December 15, 2021 for their approval.
Meeting ended at 5:12pm.
