5) To see if the Commission will reaffirm its July 2015 vote to borrow funds for the expansion and
construction of District wastewater treatment facilities and
That the District shall issue a bond or bonds in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $40,410,000
(the "Bonds") pursuant to Chapter 29C of the General Laws, Chapter 101 of the Acts of 2010, and a
vote of the District Commission passed July 7, 2015 for the construction of water pollution control
facilities identified in such vote (the "Project") and authorize all actions to accomplish this borrowing.
