The meeting of the Community Service Awards Committee was called to order at 4:30pm
by Chair Neil Rhein.
Neil stated that there are 2 new nominations submitted for the year. All of the remaining
nominees are from the past 3 years, We did not get a new youth award nominated for this year.
We may talk about passing on that for this year. Kara G said she thought that there was an adult
that won last year. Neil said yes there was a winner from last year so the remaining nominees
will be for this year, Rose asked if one of the choices for 2020 is the same as last year. Neil
responded yes, one of the new nominations decided to resubmit. Kara G asked if they should
have 27 Neil said yes. We already gave out one last year. Y2 is left. Y1 was the winner last
year. Roy B. said that he hopes we can assign a letter of value to make it easier in voting. Neil
replied yes.

There was an agreed conclusion to announce the winners at the next meeting: December 161n,
2020. The presentation of the actual award to the winners will be announced at a later date in
2021 due to Covid and the safety of all.
