TOWN OF MANSFIELD
BOARD OF ASSESSORS MINUTES
Wednesday, October 20, 2021 Meeting
1. At 5:05 p.m. Chairperson Greg Matoian ("Chair") opened the Town of
Mansfield, MA Board of Assessors ("BOA") meeting held in the MBC
Room on the third floor of the Town of Mansfield Town Hall.
2. A roll call revealed that the following people were in attendance:
1. Greg Matoian, Chair,
2. Dana J. St. James, Clerk
3. Daniel C. Brogie (non -voting, Chief Assessor), and
4. Note that Andrew S. Bank, member, joined the meeting in progress at
5:12 pm.
3. The BOA reviewed and approved the minutes of the September 22, 2021
BOA meeting by unanimous vote.
4. The BOA reviewed and approved the weekly motor vehicle abatements.
5. The BOA reviewed the Fiscal Year 2022 Tax Classification Discussion
slides and Fiscal Year 2022 Classification Options Table prepared by the
Chief Assessor that will be presented to the Mansfield Select Board at the
Select Board's September 22, 2021 meeting scheduled to take place after
tonight's BOA meeting.
6. Old Business: The Chief Assessor notified the BOA of the withdrawal of
ATB cases concerning 390 Oakland St., docket No. F335406 (for 2018) and
docket No. F338408 (for 2019)
7. The Chair confirmed that there was no business not anticipated by the Chair
48 hours prior to the meeting.
