• Open the Meeting
Ms. Kris Moussette called the Audit Committee Meeting to order at 5:38PM W`"` FIELD

• Members of the Audit Committee will attend the Light Commissioners Meeting
Mr. Michael Nelligan from Powers and Sullivan was present to provide the Audit Report that he has completed
for Mansfield Electric. He stated that Mansfield Electric is an enterprise account of the Town. He stated that
everything was timely, inventory was accurate and further noted that the pension and OPEB liabilities were
received timely. He went through the report that was provided to those present and overall everything was in
good order and it was a clean opinion. Mr. Aptowitz stated that he has seen these audits for years and he
trusts Mr. Nelligan and his opinion and is ready to approve. Ms. Moussette agreed with Mr. Aptowitz and was
good with the summary. The Audit Committee then took the below vote.
Motion: To approve the audit as amended to fix the calculation that was noted. (Moussette/DeSantis)

Motion: To adjourn the Audit Committee meeting on October 18, 2021 at 6:OO13M. (Mousette/Aptowitz)
