Chairman Aptowitz called the executive session to order at 5:4613M.
Motion: To make Mr. Schoonveld an interim clerk due to Mr. DelVecchlo not in attendance. (Trowbridge/Rhein)

To consider and Approve Executive session Minutes of February 6, 2019 Meeting, Where Exemptions 2 & 3
Were declared.
Motion: To approve Executive Session minutes for February 6, 2019 meeting, where Exemptions 2 and 3 were
declared and approve Executive Session minutes of February 28, 2018 meeting, where Exemption 2 was declared
and not release. (Trowbridge/Schoonveld)

Pursuant to M.G.L. Ch.164, Section 47D and M.G.I. Ch. 30A, section 21, Exemption 3, to discuss strategy with
respect to collective bargaining if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining position of
the public body and the chair so declares.
Mr. Sollecito provided an update to the Commissioners on the AFSCME Local 1702 Union negotiations and
discussed strategy options and the financial Impacts of different options to the budget.
Motion: To adjourn the executive session of March 6, 2019 at 6:32PM. (Schoonveld/Rhein)
