Chairman Rhein called the executive session to order at 7:37PM.
Pursuant to M.G.L. Ch.164, Section 47D and M.G.L. Ch. 30A, Section 21, Exemption 3, to discuss strategy with
respect to collective bargaining if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining position of
the public body and the chair so declares.
Mr. Sollecito updated the Select Board members on the contract negotiations for AFSCME Local 1702 Union
Pursuant to M.G.L. Ch.164, Section 47D and M.G.L. Ch. 30A, Section 21, Exemption 6, to consider the value and
purchase of real property and the chair declares that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the
negotiating position of the public body
Motion: To adjourn the executive session of July 2, 2019 at 8:08PM. (Aptowitz/DelVecchio) Passes 4:0
