Motion: To enter into Executive Session for the following reasons and to return to open
session for possible vote to approve contract terms with General Manager:
1) Pursuant to M.G.L. Ch. 164, Section 47D and M.G.L. Ch. 30A, Section 21,
Exemption 2, to conduct strategy session in preparation for negotiations with
nonunion personnel or to conduct collective bargaining session or contract
negotiations with nonunion personnel.
2) Vote to return to open session

There was a discussion of the General Manager salary. Manager Sollecito joined the
executive session at 7:13 PM. The Chair provided the numbers to Manager Sollecito with an
annual salary of $171,029.25. A discussion on the particulars of the contract ensued. The
current contract ends in December 2020 and in May 2020 the contract will be up for potential
renewal.
Motion: To return to open session at 7:18 PM.
