Chairman Rhein called the executive session to order at 8:03PM.
Pursuant to M.G.L. Ch.164, Section 47D and M.G.L. Ch. 30 A, Section 21, Exemption 3, to
discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining if an open meeting may have a
detrimental effect on the bargaining position of the public body and the chair so declares.
Mr. Sollecito provided an update to the Commissioners on the potential changes of job titles and duties of the
Office Administrator and the Business Finance Manager positions which are within the IBEW Local 104
(Professionals) Union. Mr. Sollecito was confident in this change and recommend the Board approve the job
descriptions that were created with Human Resources. The Commissioners reviewed draft job descriptions and
discussed salary changes.
Motion: To review and vote to approve minutes of January 22, 2020 Executive Session and not release.
