Af7:17 pm a motion was made by Clerk Rhein to enter into executive session.
Motion: To enter into Executive Session for the following reason and to not return
to open session:
a. Pursuant to M.G.L. Ch. 164, Section 47D and M.G.L. C. 30, Section 21,
Exemption 3, to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining if an
open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining position of the
public body and the chair so declares

Chair Aptowitz gave an overview to the Board regarding GM Sollecito's succession
planning and the need to add a temporary Full Time Equivalent position for the next 2-3
years to train for upcoming retirements of 3 of the 4 Station Operators.
