Present: Mr. Neil Rhein, Chairman; Mr. Michael Trowbridge, Vice -Chair; Mr. Jess Aptowitz and Mr. Steve
Schoonveld were present in Cafeteria at Mansfield High School. Mr. Paul DeRensis, Town Counsel was also
present.
Mr. Frank DelVecchio, Clerk was not present.
1. Open the Select Board Meeting
Mr. Rhein called the meeting to order at 6:3913M.
2. Discussion and Consideration of Article 19 of the Special Town Meeting Warrant
Motion: To not support Article 19 of the Special Town Meeting Warrant Article. (Aptowitz/Trowbridge)
