Non -Profit Gift Fund Committee Meeting Minutes
July 22,2021
Members Present: Nancy Wall, Chair; Kevin McNatt, Vice -Chair; Lorilee Fish, Secretary; Mike Healey, Rosemarie Sirois
1. Open Meeting 2:00pm
2. Election of officers;
• Motion made by Kevin McNatt to nominate Nancy Wall for Chair, 2' by Mike Healey — All in favor.
• Motion made by Lorilee Fish to nominate Kevin McNatt for Vice -Chair, 2nd by Rosemarie Sirois — All in favor.
• Motion mad; by Mike Healey to nominate Lorilee Fish for Secretary, 2nd by Kevin McNatt — All in favor.
3. Motion made by Mike Healey to accept the September 28, 2020 minutes, 2nd by Kevinn McNatt — All in favor.
4. Old Business
• 2018 Little League grant has been completed
• 2020 We have not heard from Sethu concerning the Tree-Plenish program. We did receive their 501 C3.
5. New Business
Request for 2021 grants: See Attached
2021 recommended grants:

*Keep Mansfield Beautiful: Reimbursement for purchase of flowers and supplies at corner of East St. & Rte 106 $3,000
NPGF Committee: Computer and Geek Squad services 925
Park & Recreation: 3 Portable craft tables for Summer Camp 795
Schools:
*MHS All Sports Boosters Club: 12 Lockers for the Girls locker room 8,520
Other:
Congregational Church of Mansfield: Remove, repair and replace front stain glass windows 18,700
Mansfield Historical Society: Veterans Memorial Project —move, restore 2 veterans stones 2,140
with new plaques
MMAS: HVAC system for building 22,500
Partial financial assistance for building front awning 4,357.60
Our Daily Bread: Purchase of storage unit for supplies and equipment 4,900
Spring Brook Cemetery: Repair of granite wall on Spring Street 11,000
Total distributed: $76,837.60
Balance in account: $500.00
*Kevin McNatt made a motion to add $3,000 to the KMB fund because this is a reimbursement of an old expense, 2' by
Rosemarie Sirois. It will be made clear for any future grants that no reimbursement requests will be accepted.
*Kevin McNatt made a motion to add $8,852 for the Boosters Club for the 12 new lockers in the girl's locker room at MHS,
2" by Mike Healey.
This represents 10 requests from 17 original requests and from 13 different organizations.
MWOT withdrew their request because it was an exact duplication from their 2020 grant.
Mike Healey made a motion to accept the listed grants, 2nd by Rosemarie Sirois, all in favor.
