Minutes of the Meeting
December 4, 1972
2. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Seifert at 8:00 P.M.
at the office of New England Security Insurance Agency, Inc.,
100 North Main Street, Mansfield.
II. Discussion concerned the B.O.D. problems at the Municipal Sewer
Plant facility. It was voted to call a meeting involving the
Mansfield Chocolate Company for the purpose of presenting our
concern for their large use of our facility.
II2. Chairman Richard Fraites of the Mansfield Industrial Financing
Authority was present to discuss the background capabilities of
that Commission.
V. Meeting adjourned at 10:25 P.M.
