Meeting began at 4pm.
Program Update
Rahul gave an update on the status of the program:
• 18 units currently open
2 projects under construction, 3 projects potentially ready for contract signing, 1
project will be rebid because the 1 bid came in over cap, 5 projects are in the spec
development/pre-bidding phase.
Discussion of Case #12
Bev gave a summary:
Property with an elderly resident is currently owned by a trust. There has been a change
in trustee designation and trust documentation. Previously the resident had a life tenancy.
The new trust documents do not have a life tenancy document. We have to decide how to
treat the property.
ET - If the family feels comfortable with making the 50 % contribution of $4525 we
should do that in order to allow for more money available for other cases.
ET makes motion to request that client make 50% contribution. Gale seconds. Approved
unanimously.
Meeting Schedule
Committee agreed to postpone scheduling of next meeting until the CDO determined the
need for HRPAC involvement on upcoming client cases.
