The purpose of this letter is to inform you that, on behalf of the Town of Mansfield, Woodard & Curran
has submitted a Permanent Solution with No Conditions (PSNC) Statement for the above -referenced
Disposal Site.
This public notification is being provided in accordance with the Massachusetts Contingency Plan (MCP),
310 CMR 40.1403(3)(e). The above report is available for review at the Massachusetts Department of
Environmental Protection (MassDEP) Southeastern Region office in Lakeville or may be downloaded
from the MassDEP website at https://eeaonline.eea.state.ma.us/portal#!/search/wastesite. If you have
