The open meeting session was opened and called to order by Lynn Cavicchi at 5:06 p.m.

Attendance at a Joint Meeting with the Budget Subcommittee and full boards to discuss final
FY22 Town Budget. Presentation of budgets by Kevin Dumas and Barry LaCasse. Votes of
approval to occur at the end of the meeting.
School Committee Quorum was lost at approximately 6:00 p.m. No School Committee vote was
taken on the final budget amount so consideration will occur at the next school committee
meeting. Lynn Cavicchi remained in attendance until the end of the meeting which was
adjourned by the Budget subcommittee at 6:52 p.m.
