Roll Call: Nancy Wall, Chair; Kevin McNatt, Vice -Chair; Lorilee Fish, Secretary; Rosemarie Sirois; Mike Healy
1. Open Meeting 3:10pm
2. Motion made by Mike Healy to accept the July 8, 2020 minutes, 2nd by Nancy Wall, all in favor.
Old Business:
Money from Recreation ($10,944) has been transferred back to the NPGF account.
2020 Grants: All grants have been completed including Tree-Plenish and Our Daily bread.
New Business:
$23,539.60 available

2020 Requests:
Town:
Recreation Dept. Requests 3 signs for Memorial Park, Plymouth Street and Community Garden - $12,000
Veterans: 15 to 20 names added to Keach Memorial and purchase flag holders for Veterans graves - $3,000
Schools:
Tree-Plenish: Purchase 1,000 trees - $1,000
All Sports Boosters: ADA metal round table near Alumni Field - $669
Other:
DAR: Request to finish the installation of new windows - $6,780
Friends of the Drop -in -Center: Purchase gift cards for Seniors for food - $2,000
Mansfield Historical Society: Restoration of Ira Richardson porhait - $2,578
MMAS: Purchase a tent for performances, classes - $4,200
MWOT: Holiday meallgift baskets - $1,000
Our Daily Bread: Purchase of mobile shelving for storage - $2,475
Springbrook: Restore/repair 15 gravestones - $13,775, clearing of land - $5,800 -501C 13 not included by the Select
Board.
The requests from Recreation and Spring Brook were eliminated. Tree-Plenish was reduced to $500. Tax and
shipping charges will not be included in the grants. $23,202.00
Mike Healy made a motion to approved the above list equaling $23,202. Rose Sirois and Kevin McNatt seconded.
