Notice of Public Hearing
In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40A, Section 9 of the Massachusetts General Laws
and the Town of Mansfield Zoning By -Law, the Mansfield Planning Board will hold a public
hearing on December 11, 2019 at 7:45 p.m. in the Planning Board's meeting room, Mansfield
Town Hall, Six Park Row, Mansfield, MA regarding the application of Carol Yunes for a Special
Permit under Sections 5.5, Special Permits and 3.3.1), Multiple Residence, of the Mansfield
Zoning By -Law to convert an existing two-family residential building to a three-family
residential building at 62 Pratt Street in the Business 2 (B2) Zone.
The project site is owned by Maria Viscardi, Personal Rep. of the Estate of Joseph E. Viscardi
and is shown on Assessor's Plat 22 as Lot 118 and is bounded by Pratt Street, Unconstructed
Chilson Avenue, Dimonte, Sklar.
