The Town of Mansfield will receive sealed bids for "RFB# PS 20-832338 Supply
Necessary Labor and Materials for Landscaping Services Municipal Complex
Phase 2 Construction and Related Services" at the DPW Office until 10:OOAM on
June 07, 2019 at which time they shall be opened and read aloud.
All bids shall be in sealed envelopes with the words "RFB# PS 20-832338 Supply
Necessary Labor and Materials for Landscaping Services Municipal Complex
Phase 2 Construction and Related Services" on the front of the envelope.
This project is being E-Hosted through Projectdog, Inc. Go to www.Projectdog.com
and click "Sign Up" for free, or login with your existing account. Enter Project Code
832338 in the project locator box. Select "Acquire Documents" to download bid
documents, review a hard copy at Projectdog's physical location, or request a free
project CD. It is the sole responsibility of the contractor, subcontractor, vendor,
individual and/or corporation to review all ADDENDA prior to bid opening at
www.Projectdog.com or at Projectdog's physical location. Questions regarding the

The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to accept the bid deemed to
be in the best interest of the Town of Mansfield.
All inquiries regarding the information contained in this Request for Bids shall be
directed to the Project Manager, Michael Ahern. All questions must be submitted in
writing and sent via certified mail or equivalent. The deadline for questions will be
10:OOAM on June 03, 2019018.
