3) General Manager's Report
A) Review MMED Wireless Attachment Contract and Specifications. Vote on policy to allow use of
MMED Infrastructure for Wireless Attachments
B) Review and discuss MMED Outage Management Map (Internal & External)
C) Review and vote to approve Request for Proposal bid specifications for Advanced Meter Reading
Infrastructure
D) Review of Financials for May 2019
4) Discussion of Annual Review Process for General Manager
5) Comments from the Commissioners
6) Any Items Not Anticipated By the Chairman 48 Hours Prior to this Meeting
7) Vote to enter into Executive Session for the following reasons and to not return to open session:
A) Pursuant to M.G.L. Ch. 164, Section 47D and M.G.L. Ch. 30A, Section 21, Exemption 3, to
discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining if an open meeting may have a
detrimental effect on the bargaining position of the public body and the chair so declares.
B) Pursuant to M.G.L. Ch. 164, Section 47D and M.G.L. Ch. 30A, Section 21, Exemption 6, to
consider the purchase, lease or value of real property if the chair declares that an open
meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the public body.
