The Town of Mansfield will receive sealed bids for "RFB# DPW20-833470 Place and Finish
Gravity Concrete Walls in Various Locations and Related Services" at the DPW office
until 10:OOAM on August 16, 2019 at which time they shall be opened and read aloud.
This contract shall be for 1-year with the option of ,(3) - 1 year renewal options at the sole discretion of the
Town of Mansfield.
All bids shall be in sealed envelopes with the words RFB# DPW20-833470 "Place and Finish
Gravity Concrete Walls in Various Locations and Related Services" on the front of the
envelope.
This project is being E Hosted through Projectdog, Inc. Go to www.Projectdog.com and click "Sign Up"
for free, or login with your existing account. Enter Project Code 833470 in the project locator box. Select
"Acquire Documents" to download bid documents, review a hard copy at Ptojectdog's physical location, or
request a free project CD. It is the sole responsibility of the contractor, subcontractor, vendor, individual
and/or corporation to review all ADDENDA prior to bid opening at www.Projectdog.com or at
Projectdog's physical location. Questions regarding the website or project distribution should be directed to

The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest
of the Town of Mansfield.
All inquiries regarding the information contained in this Request for Bids shall be directed to the Project
Manager, Michael Ahern. All questions must be submitted in writing, and sent via certified mail or
equivalent. The deadline for questions will be 10:OOAM on August 09, 2019.
