In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40A of the General Laws as amended, a
hearing will be held in the Mansfield Town Hall on Tuesday, August 20, 2019 at 7:30
p.m. on the application of Ryan P. Kelley and Natalie M. Fertitta for a Variance from
Zoning By -Law Section 230-4.2.A, Rear Yard Setback, for the construction of a deck
with a 12.4-foot Rear Yard setback where 30 feet is required at 27 Noonan Street
(Assessor's Map 18, Parcel 36) in the Residential 2 (R2) zone. This legal advertisement
