The Town of Mansfield will receive sealed bids for "RFB# MFD20-834231 Refurbishment of
a 2002 Emergency One Tower Ladder Truck.,, at the DPW Office until 10:OOAM on
September 19, 2019 at which time they shall be opened and read aloud.
All bids shall be in sealed envelopes with the words RFB# DPW20-834231 "Refurbishment of
a 2002 Emergency One Tower Ladder Truck." on the front of the envelope.
This project is being E-Hosted through Projectdog, Inc. Go to www.Projectdog.com and click "Sign
Up" for free, or login with your existing account. Enter Project Code 834231 in the project locator
box. Select "Acquire Documents" to download bid documents, review a hard copy at Projectdog's
physical location, or request a free project CD. It is the sole responsibility of the contractor,
subcontractor, vendor, individual and/or corporation to review all ADDENDA prior to bid
opening at www.Projectdog.com or at Projectdog's physical location. Questions regarding the
website or project distribution should be directed to Projectdog at (978) 499-9014.
A non -mandatory project meeting and inspection will be held on Wednesday September 11, 2019 at
11:00am at 500A East Street for bidders to view the truck and get a understanding of the scope of
work in full detail.
The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to accept the bid deemed to be in the best
interest of the Town of Mansfield.
All inquiries regarding the information contained in this Request for Bids shall be directed to the
Project Manager, Michael Ahern. All questions must be submitted in writing and sent via certified
mail or equivalent. The deadline for questions will be 10:OOAM on September 12,'2019.
