2. Request to Amend Existing Order of Conditions: Crugnale Properties, LLC, 10 & 30 Reservoir
Street, Map 36, Lot 1 & 2. Redevelopment of existing site to include a portion of a new
building, parking and associated grading within 100 feet of Bordering Vegetated Wetland and
the 200-feet Riverfront Area. Requesting to expand the parking area with associated grading at
the southeastern portion of the site within the 100-ft. Buffer Zone to the Bordering Vegetated
Wetlands as shown on the revised plan dated January 6, 2020. DEP SE 211-0976
3. New Business:
• Gilbert Street, Map 4/1-ot 3: Land is classified forest under the provisions of
Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 61, Forest Case #115-78. Owner of land intends to
sell the property for a disqualifying use, triggering the statutorily prescribed 120-day
option period, during which the Town has the right of first refusal to meet the bona fide
offer to purchase the land
4. Old Business:
• Update from Open Space and Recreation Committee
• Department Updates
• Approval of December 16, 2019 minutes
