SC Members Present: Lynn Cavlcchi, Jenn Walsh
Others present: Teresa Murphy; Superintendent
Approval of Minutes: Minutes from December 9, 2020 were approved 2-0.
Old Business
Teresa reviewed the status of the following policy updates:
JICFB Bullying Prevention and Intervention Policy — Diane Nugent is reviewing the anti -bullying section
of the webpage with Christine Dooling for additional resources.
JICFC Teen Dating and Violence Policy -- this policy is all set to go to the full SC.
Website Accessibility — Still progress and is in review with Lori Letendre. Diane is following up.
JLDAA Confidentiality of Communication between Professional Staff and Students - With the
administrative team to review.
ILIA Responsibilities for Supervision of Classes. home room, and student activities — this can be
recommended for removal, per legal counsel review. Diane could add to the February 9th agenda.
Update on Other Priority Areas Under Review for 2020-21
Consideration of Policy Changes Discuss / Vote - Teresa to review and determine status for Tuesday's
School Committee meeting.

o ECAB Access to Buildings and Grounds
o ECA Buildings and Grounds Security
o I<I Visitors to Schools

Priorities for Spring 2021 — Lynn will meet with Diane to discuss handbook policy priorities
