Welcome & Call to Order
- Meeting called to order at 6:OOpm.
Minutes accepted from previous meeting and signed by Jeff Ward.
Treasurer's Report
Balance on Hand at Town Hall: $9,891.28
Donations:
- Metavante - $100
- Shaws's - $34 (for re -usable bag sales)
- Mansfield Women of Today - $400
* Mike also initiated a transfer from PayPal to the bank for some donations that came in during the fall which will
add $212.72 to our total.
Expenses:
- RoadSafe for a garden sign - $19.81
- Keep Massachusetts Beautiful annual dues - $300
KMB's Newest Member — Cathy King
- KMB enthusiastically welcomes KMB's newest Board Member, Cathy King
- Sounds like Cathy will bring a lot to KMB, particularly with social media, website, etc.
Stop & Shop Donation
- Ana has been instrumental in exploring donation opportunities
- $247 coming from S&S from purchase of re -usable bags
Adopt -A -Street
- A lot going on with this initiative
- In the process of finalizing the new website
- Also in the process of adding some new adopters and confirming existing adopters
- Janice looking into possible grant for upcoming expenses
- We talked a little bit about confirming what happens when someone adopts a street:
o Name listed on website
o Thank you/confirmation from KMB?
o Receipt of supplies (exploring the idea of some type of kit0
o Possibility of something tangible from KMB to `confirm adoption'
o Do we explore ongoing reminder program?
