Also Present: Kevin Dumas, Town Manager; Barry LaCasse, Assistant Town Manager/Finance Director,
Shaun Burke, Town Planner
Not Present: Kiera O'Neil, School Committee and Sharon Friedman, Planning Board

2. Review and Approve the Meeting Minutes from June 13, 2019, September 30, 2020 and October
8, 2020
This item was skipped.
Mr. Dumas provided an overview of the FY22 CIP Plan. CIP members asked questions and had some
discussion but there were no motions made. The next meeting is scheduled for February 25, 2021 and
Mr. Dumas will be inviting Department heads to be able to address questions and requests in greater
detail.
