We received a copy of a letter to Hatheway-Patterson from the
State DEU regarding a TSP facility. Is the license request
for a TSP facility that they already have or that they propose
to have?
Are they currently operating illegally, and if so, what do we
as a Town plan to do about it?
We urge ;you to attend our March 14th meeting to discuss any areas
that you are involved with and that might concern the Conservation
Commission, eg; Hatheway-Patterson, Compo, Cycl.otech, Hercules
Powder Company dump site on Stearns Avenue and Maple Park, Allan
Brown's development on Dalcolm Street,
