Dear Mr. Begley:
By this letter you are hereby notified that Penney Engineering, Inc has terminated its
working relationship with the Hatheway & Patterson Company effective immediately.
Penney Engineering will continue to provide limited assistance to the Department.
A copy of Mr. William E. Haynes' resignation letter is enclosed along with his notice to
the Secretary of State and a copy of the temporary restraining order from Suffolk
Superior Court.
I want to personally thank you for all your assistance. Maybe next time the outcome
will be more favorable for the Commonwealth and the host community.
