Present: The members of the Select Board all participated remotely via using GoToWebinar: Mr. less Aptowitz,
Chairman; Mr. Michael Trowbridge, Vice -Chair; Mr. Nell Rhein, Clerk; Mr. Frank DelVecchio and Mr. Steve
Schoonveld.
1. Call To Order Select Board Meeting -Pledge of Allegiance
Chairman Aptowitz called the meeting to order at 5;OOPM. He then asked those present to state the Pledge of
Allegiance. He reminded everyone that the meeting was being broadcast live and taped for future broadcast on
Mansfield Cable,
2. Enter into Executive Session and Not Return to Open Session under Exemption No. 3, M.G.L. Chapter 30A,
Section 21-
To discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation if an open meeting may
have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the public body and the chair
so declares.
Motion: To enter into executive session and Not Return to Open Session under Exemption No, 3, M.G.L. Chapter
30A, Section 21, to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation if an open meeting may have a
detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the public body and the chair so declares at 5i02PM,
