Present: Mr. Jess Aptowitz, Chairman; Mr. Michael Trowbridge, Vice -Chairman; Mr. Neil Rhein, Clerk; Mr. Frank
DelVecchio and Mr. Steve Schoonveld. Mr. Kevin Dumas, Town Manager
Chairman Aptowitz called the meeting to order at 7:34PM.
Enter into Executive Session and Not Return to Open Session under Exemption No. 2, M.G.L. Chapter 30A,
Section 21-
• To discuss strategy sessions in preparation for negotiations with non -union personnel or to
conduct collective bargaining sessions or contract negotiations with non -union personnel.
Mr. Dumas stated that he and Director Lemaire met with all three Fire Chief candidates and he updated the Board
that a second round of interviews would be taking place tomorrow.
Motion: To adjourn the executive session meeting of December 11, 2019 at 7:4713M. (DelVecchio/Trowbridge)
