Post, President Bristol Associates Inc. 11 Bonney Lane Mansfield, Mass. 02048 Dear Ms. Post, On Friday, September 11, 1986 at 6:15 P.M. my apartment was once more flooded with waste -water sewerage from the faulty Septic System. This is the .fifth occurance. Your refusal to offer remedies or at the very least, assure that something is being done, boggles the mind. The on -site office was called at approximately 6:15 P.M. and immediately thereafter your Maintenance Supervisor was there. Earl shut the water off to the building and began to snake out the conduit that comes from building #2. He found.a small piece of tinfoil which he said was no problem. The Septic Tank was full and the waste -water was not leeching out, thusly backing up through the clean -out in the laundry room in building #2 and therefore once again flooding my apartment #26. Ms. Post, dont you think an all out effort should be made to protect the Health and Safety of your Tenants.
