associated drainage, water and utilities within 100 feet of Bordering Vegetated Wetlands and Inland Bank. DEP SE
211-0931,
Ms. Gonyer said this is the Willowdale subdivision and there are four different Orders of Conditions associated
with this project; there are two Orders for the four Form A lots and one Order for the subdivision, where only a
small portion of the project was within the 100-foot buffer of the Intermittent Stream that runs across Willow
Street and down to Cabot Pond. She said the rear portions of the yards at Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 are in
jurisdiction; as part of the Order, the only work for these lots was the installation of a split rail fence along the 25-
foot No Touch Area and all the plantings. She said the plantings have been monitored for two growing seasons
and are well established. She said a partial Certificate of Compliance was issued for two of the subdivision
roadways, Marie Drive and Julia Lane only. She recommended a full Certificate of Compliance be issued, but noted
Lot 4, where a large retention pond is located was never built; she said once the Order is closed out, any further
work on this lot would require a new filing.
There were no public comments.
Ms. Joynes made the motion to issue a full Certificate of Compliance to John Walsh, 54 Willow Street, Map 28,
Parcels 11, 12, 118, 150, for the construction of a subdivision roadway with associated drainage, water and utilities
