Present were Chair, Randy Waters; Vice -Chair, Lou Amoruso; Secretary, Sean Grammel; Treasurer, Lee Ann Cerretani; member, Alberto Ramirez. Absent was member Jeff Wagner. Also present was Jodie Zinna to help facilitate the meeting, which was being held virtually. Mansfield Cable Access streamed the meeting, which was called to order at 4:36 PM. Randy read the required statement about the meeting being broadcast on Mansfield Cable Access. Randy brought up potential reorganization of the board and asked which meeting would be the best to reorganize. Lou suggested the board would be fine to continue, although one of the non -officers may want to jump into one of those roles. Sean then mentioned his term was ending in December, so the Secretary role would be open. Lee Ann then requested some assistance with learning a little more about her responsibilities as Treasurer, although she was willing to continue in that role. Lou was also confused by the Treasurer responsibilities a little bit, particularly by the tax returns. Randy asked Alberto if he would be interested in the role of Secretary and Alberto was not sure, but would think about it. The Board tentatively scheduled the next meeting for 12/17/2020 at 4:30 PM and the following meeting for 1/21/2021 at 4:30. Lee Ann provided the Treasurer's Report, with the most recent number she had available as $455,455.63. Lee Ann asked where we gained money and Randy said we get money from the affordable housing exemptions. Lou added we also get interest on the amount. He also mentioned the system changed in March 2020, so the reports are different. Lee Ann mentioned the taxes needed to be paid, which Lou said required a vote. Lee Ann said she would forward the email from the accountant to the board and a motion was made to allow the return to be filed. Lou made the motion, Lee Ann seconded, all affirmatively voted Yes. Lou then made a motion to approve the amount required to pay the taxes. Sean seconded and all affirmatively voted Yes. The Board then discussed the Minutes from the July 2020 meeting. They were reviewed and no changes were proposed. Sean moved that they be accepted, Lou seconded. All affirmatively voted Yes. The Board discussed again what properties could be worthwhile investments and projects. Lee Ann mentioned the Columbine area and said we should perhaps ask for a meeting with the Town Manager. Lou said it would be virtual, but it could work. Randy said he would reach out for the 12/17/2020 meeting. Randy said that Jeff had said he would look into the properties on Columbine for pricing, but we had never heard back. Lee Ann suggested that starting with the Town Manager was a good idea because he might know more than we would, which Lou agreed with. For New Business, Lou mentioned we needed to submit a write up for the Town Meeting book. Randy said he would write one up and send it over. Sean then made a motion to adjourn the meeting and Randy seconded it. All affirmatively voted Yes and the meeting ended at 5:27 PM. The Board discussed a few different dates for the next meeting. Lou moved for adjournment, seconded by Sean. Passed unanimously at 7:04 PM. Respectfully submitted, Sean Gramme[, Secretary
