KEEP MANSFIELD BEAUTIFUL
Welcome & Call to Order
• Meeting called to order at 6:OOpm.
• Minutes accepted from previous meeting and signed by Jeff Ward.
Treasurer's Report
Balance: $13,717.45
Notes:
- This total represents $12,513.42 (funds in hand at Town Hall) and $1,204.03 (pending deposits
from Mansfield Bank)
- Outstanding Bills: Patrick Lyons for initial Flower Barrels
Expense Approval
- We voted and approved payment of $3,000 to Guerrini Landscaping for work done at West
Mansfield Village Adopt -A -Spot.
2020 Cleanup
- With this year's Annual Cleanup cancelled due to coronavirus, we discussed if/how we wanted
to re -schedule in the fall.
- We could not reach a consensus and will continue to discuss at next month's meeting.
- The major concern is safety but other considerations need to resolved:
o How to properly recognize donors
o How do we not impact future donations
o Whether or not to do T-Shirts
o Is it a single day event or a rolling (ie. week/weekend) event
Adopt -A -Soot
• Martha provided update on 16 A-A-S locations
• Superintendent's garden is starting to bloom
• North Common is supposed to be managed by Guerrini Landscaping
• She noted that Guerrini Landscaping donated some day lilies for one of the spots and Mike
and Martha planted.
Signs
East Mansfield
• Ana shared that it has not been agreat stretch for the East Mansfield Sign.
• A stone fell off (Guerrini Landscaping is fixing it) and a business listing blew off the sign
(sign company is fixing it).
West Mansfield Village
• All businesses agreed to NOT list business on the sign
• DPW to remove old sign. New sign to read: "West Mansfield Village"
Adopt -A -Street
• Jeff talked about the benefits of getting the Adopt -A -Street up and running
• The initial challenge was actually locating the link and making it accessible

• We need to add to the Keep Mansfield Beautiful website so that we can point people to it
Flower Barrels
• The team did another amazing job getting the flowers out on Main Street
