Roll Call: Nancy Wall, Chair, Nancy Wall, Vice -Chair, Lorilee Fish, Secretary; Mike Healy
1. Open Meeting 3:10pm
2. Election of officers:
• Motion made by Kevin McNatt to nominate Nancy Wall for Chair, 2na by Mike Healy
• Motion made by Lorilee Fish to nominate Kevin McNatt for Vice -Chair, 2nd by Nancy Wall
• Motion made by Kevin McNatt to nominate Lorilee Fish for Secretary, 2' by Nancy Wall
• Kevin McNair moved to accept the slate of officers as nominated, all in favor.
3. Motion made by Kevin McNair to accept the April 10, 2019 and May 3, 2019 minutes, 2nd by Nancy Wall, all in
favor.
4. Discussion
Recreation 2018 Grant:
• Recreation has had a grant for $10,944 to purchase a canopy for the Plymouth Street Recreation facility
playground two years. This purchase has been on hold due to a lack of matching funds from Capital
Improvements. Lorilee Fish made a motion to ask that the funds be reinstated to the NPGF for
redistribution. Nancy Grant 2nd.
Discussion: Mike Healy mentioned needing a limit on time that grant monies can be held by an
organization.
• Kevin McNatt made a motion that organizations be given one one-year extension adding up to two years.
At that time the monies must be returned. Mike Healy 2nd. All in favor.
Lorilee Fish stated that she has spoken to the Town Treas. Matt Viollete and Sherri Grunion, Recreation
Dir, and the money will be transferred back. The verbal communication is acceptable.
• The previous motion made by Lorilee Fish to have the money buffifend back, 2" d by Nancy Wall was
accepted by all.
2019 Grants:
All grants have been completed except for Tree-Plenish and Our Daily Bread. Nancy stated that Tree-Plenish is
finished and Mike Healy will check on Our Daily Bread.
2020 Grants:
DAR: Request of $6,780 to finish the installation of new windows. Lorilee will let Rene know of the new date.
Springbrook: Request of $13,775 to restore/repair 15 gravestones. Nancy will speak w/David on which stones
they want repaired.
MMAS: Request of $4,500 to cover two months to pay consultants. Ken will be advised we cannot approve his
request because this is a monthly expense and please submit another request.
Tree-Plenish: Request of $1,000 to purchase trees to plant in Mansfield. Nancy will see if Sethu can rewrite his
request so it is different from last years.
All agreed that grant money cannot be distributed until it is in the account

Plainridge: $15,000
Recreation: 10,944
Wayside Panel: 297
Misc.: not sure
$26,241.00 (We are not sure on the exact amount so numbers area guest -a -met)
Discussion:
Motion made by Kevin McNan to make September 8, 2020 at 4:OOpm to accept grant applications, 2nd by Mike
Healy, all in favor. This will be advertised.
Nancy Wall stated that Rosemarie Simis has not been a member for the last year. 1f anyone knows of anyone that
might be interested, please have them apply.
