Present: The members of the Select Board were present at the DPW Highv PGN&g�St AOUEla Street,
Mansfield, MA 02048. Mr. Frank DelVecchio, Chairman; Mr. Neil Rhein, Vice-Chair„Mr.. �e�S, ptowitz,
Clerk; Mr. Michael Trowbridge and Mr. Steve Schoonveld.
Mr. Neil Rhein, Vice -Chair was not present at the start of the Select Board meeting.
1. Call To Order Select Board Meeting
Chairman DelVecchio called the meeting to order at 11:53AM at the DPW Highway Garage at 500C East
Street in front of the stage area.
2. Discussion and Consideration of Town Meeting Warrant Articles
This item was no longer needed as all articles were supported at the November 4, 2020 Select Board
Meeting.
Any items not anticipated by the Chair 48 hours prior to this meeting
Mr. DelVecchio brought the Boards attention to a water installers license that had missed the Boards
previous agenda and Ms. Champagne asked if it could be considered at this meeting so that the Water
Installers License could be issued. Mr. Trowbridge added that he believed the applicant had scheduled
work for this coming week.
Motion: To approve the 2020 Water Installers License for H & M Excavating, LLC. (Schoonveld/Trowbridge)
Passes 4:0
4. Adjourn to Auditorium to Attend Mansfield's Special Town Meeting
The Select Board members then took their seats for Special Town Meeting.
Mr. Rhein arrived at 12:10PM.
Mr. Trowbridge and Mr. Aptowitz were in another part of the facility once Special Town Meeting ended
and the Select Board meeting was adjourned with the other three members of the Board as shown in the
motion below.
Motion: To adjourn the Select Board Meeting on November 7, 2020 at 1:1613M. (Schoonveld/Rhein)
