Present: Mr. Jess Aptowitz, Chairman; Mr. Frank DelVecchio and Mr. Steve Schoonveld were present via
GoToWebinar.
Not Present: Mr. Michael Trowbridge, Vice -Chair and Mr. Neil Rhein, Clerk
The Select Board attended the Finance Committee's meeting to discuss the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)
for COVID-19.
Chairman Aptowitz called the Select Board meeting to order at 7:35PM.
The members of the Select Board made a few comments about of the MOU, but no motions were made. Mr.
DelVecchio left the meeting at 7:55PM followed by Mr. Schoonveld.
Chairman Aptowitz closed the Select Board meeting at 7:57PM.
