statement to advise the public
about the virtual for
conducting Open Meetings
during the State of
Emergency. This information
was posted along with the
agenda on the Town's
website.

on July 31, 2020.

Treasurer's Report
Update on Grantee status
Re: Covid 19 State
Regulations.
Marc reviewed the current
status of the 2020 Grants.
Marc compiled this
information by contacting all
Grantees. Marc's
spreadsheet was sent to all
council members.
Marc also reviewed the Mass
Cultural Council guidelines.
These guidelines will be sent
to the Mansfield LCC for their
information and review.
In all, there were four motions
made, seconded, and voted
on via roll call vote. Marc will
communicate, as needed,
with grantees impacted by
the motions. He will also
reach out again to the nine
grantees who did not respond
to his first inquiry.
Jackie made a motion that
Approved via roll call vote (8
the council approve the
votes). Jean (1) was an
request of Grant #35207,
abstention based on her
Claflin Hill Symphony, and
affiliation with the Fuller Craft
Grants #35550, Fuller Craft
Museum.
Museum, and other Grantee
recipients who complete a
Grant Modification Request
explaining that they would
like to use the 2020 funds in
their general fund. Eileen
seconded that motion.
Sharon made a motion to
Approved via roll call vote (6
accept the Treasurer's Report
votes). Marc, Sharon, and
with one correction; that is,
Lisa (3) were abstentions
moving Grant #36768,
based on their affiliation with
Attleboro Area Interfaith
the Attleboro Interfaith
Collaborative, from the No
Collaborative and/or the
Response category to
project itself.
Postponed until 2021

Task Force Update
The group who met on
January 22 to review grant
procedures will meet and
report their recommendations
to the council.
Downtown Committee
Eileen reported that there

was no update to report from
the Downtown Committee.
Cultural District Update
Katharine reported that two
members of the Mass
Cultural Council had a
productive on -site visit with
the Cultural District group on
March 10.
