Members Present: Kevin McNatt, Chair; Nancy Wall, Vice -Chair; Lorilee Fish, Secretary; Rosemarie Sirois

Nancy stated: The purpose of this meeting is to revise the BOS list of grant recipients presented. The original
amount we were using for the grants was inadvertently incorrect. We over spent and need to reduce grants.
Motion made by Kevin McNatt: The revised funding is to reflect as shown:
COA $2,000 to $1500
Robinson $6084 to $4,884
Secretarial $200 t0 $100
Youth Football $5,000 to $4,500
Balance: $170.00
Seconded by Rosemarie, all in favor.
The spreadsheet will be updated and a revised memo sent to the Select Board.
Michael Healy and Nancy Wall abstained from the COA: TRIAD reduction.
Motion made by Rosemarie Sirois to adjourn the meeting at 11:22am, 2"d by Kevin McNatt, all in favor
