Non -Profit Gift Fund Committee Meeting Minutes
April 10, 2019
Members Present: Kevin McNatt, Chair; Nancy Wall, Vice -Chair; Lorilee Fish, Secretary; Rosemarie Sirois, Mike Healy
1. Open Meeting 7:05pm
2. Election of officers:
• Motion made by Kevin McNatt to nominate Nancy Wall for Chair, 2nd by Lorilee Fish
• Motion made by Rose Sirois to nominate Kevin McNatt for Vice -Chair, 2"d by Lorilee Fish
• Motion made by Kevin McNatt to nominate Lorilee Fish for Secretary, 2nd by Rose Sirois
• Kevin McNatt moved to accept the slate of officers as nominated, all in favor.
3. Motion made by Kevin McNair to accept the May 21, 2019 and September 18, 2019 2"d by Rose Sirois, all in favor.
4. Discussion:
We received two requests for extension, Recreation and Keep Mansfield Beautiful. Rose made a motion to grant the two
extensions up to October 31, 2019. After that time the monies must be returned. All in favor.
Lorilee will contact the recipients for confirmation. 2"d by Mike Healey, all in favor.
