The Town of Mansfield is requesting proposals from qualified private developers to purchase the
former North Main Street Fire Station known as 291 North Main Street located in Mansfield,
Massachusetts. The RFP documents known as "RFP# DPW20-833472 Sale of 291 North
Main Street Fire Station" will be accepted at the Town Clerks office located at Mansfield
Town Hall, 2"d floor, until 10:00AM on Friday March 27, 2020.
The sale of this property will be subject to a fagade restriction and requirement that the sucessful
developer enter into a Developer Agreement negotiated with terms satisfactory to the town and
sufficient to assure the prompt completion of the project in accordance with the terms of the
accepted proposal.
All proposals shall be in sealed envelopes with the words "RFP# DPW20-833472 Sale of 291
North Main Street Fire Station" on the front of the envelope.

"Sign Up" for free, or login with your existing account. Enter Project Code 833472 in the
project locator box. Select "Acquire Documents" to download bid documents, review a hard
copy at Projectdog's physical location, or request a free project CD. It is the sole responsibility
of the contractor, subcontractor, vendor, individual and/or corporation to review all ADDENDA
prior to proposal/bid opening at www.Projectdog.com or at Projectdog's physical location.

The Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals for any reason, or to accept the
proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Mansfield.
All inquiries regarding the information contained in this Request for Proposals shall be directed
to the Project Manager, Michael Ahern. All questions must be submitted in writing and sent via
certified mail or equivalent. The deadline for questions will be 10:00AM on March 18, 2020.
