Welcome & Call to Order
• Meeting called to order at 7:07pm.
• Minutes accepted from previous meeting and signed by Jeff Ward.
Treasurer's Report
Balance: $10,992.45
Notes:
This balance includes $514.03 pending PayPal/Bank transfer. Open invoice - plantings for East
Mansfield Sign.
Adopt -A -Highway
• KMB has officially adopted Rt. 140 stretch
• Waiting for KMB sign
• Exploring the possibility of sunflowers (if so, may need a sign so they don't get cut)
• Apparently Town Manager wants to be involved in this project
KMB/DPW Collaboration
• There was a great idea to generate a list that we could share with DPW so that we're working
together vs. duplicating efforts
• We've shared feedback with Neil and he will be presenting at some point soon
Town Report
0 KMB successfully entered information into recent Town Report
Council of Aging Donation
• We were presented with an opportunity to donate a $25 gift certificate to the C-O-A
• We discussed quite a bit and ultimately decided to hold off since we have time to make a
decision
• The amount requested is short money but ultimately, KMB tries to be consistent in terms of
making sure donations are consistent with our purpose
• In this case, we're trying to make this happen by creatively donating (ie. donating a gift card
to Patrick Lyons, which fulfills mission of beautification)
