1. Meeting called to order at 7:30 p.m.
Motion: To appoint Mr. McClanahan Acting Chairman
(Collins-Kozlowski) All in favor. PASSES

279,287,295 School Street - re-endorsement of a previously approved plan
Motion: To re-endorse the Form A (Collins-Kozlowski) All in favor. PASSES
560 West Street/305 Forbes Boulevard (AMB Properties - Medline) - to consolidate two
lots into one and create the access easements. Mr. Burke explained the plan changes the
lot lines and creates the easements to cross the Rolf C. Hagen property for access and
drainage. Mr. Burke further explained the Planning Board's role on an ANR Plan is
solely to state that it isn't a subdivision ofland and the new lots have adequate frontage
and area; the board's role is not to approve or endorse the easements.
Motion: To endorse the Form A (Collins-MacDonald) All in favor. PASSES
4. Special Permit Public Hearing continued - Village at Willow Crossing.

The clerk read a request to continue the public hearing.
Motion: To continue the public hearing to October 8, 2008 at 8:00 p.m.
(Kozlowski-MacDonald) All in favor. PASSES

Ms. Collins said she would like to withdraw her name from the TIF Committee, since the
Planning Board can only have one representative. Mr. Cleary will represent the board.
