Balance: $9,250.76
Notes:
This reflects $6,000 for the wall that I'm holding off submitting to the Town in case we get a new
invoice that defers the additional $3,140.63 for the plantings.

Costs/Expenses
• We spent a good chunk of the meeting talking about the budget and expenditures
• One of the major topics was analyzing the Flower Barrel Program
• Between increases in flower prices, inflation, etc., we're taking approx. $2K hit annually
• We need to possibly consider increasing price of the Program
• Shouldn't be too much of a problem, particularly if we position correctly and share facts
of our situation.
Flower Barrels for Fulton Pond Parking Lot
• KMB has been asked to support the Fulton Pond initiative
• We agreed to approve up to $200 in flowers
Fall Festival — Oct. 4-501
0 We talked about volunteer opportunities for upcoming Fulton Pond Fall Festival
